We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Person to join our welcoming and friendly team on a Full Time basis.
Based in Adelaide, this position is required to travel across multiple villages.
This role will allow you to utilise your knowledge and skills to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
This role is integral in ensuring that our residents are at the centre of everything we do, by ensuring exceptional professional and respectful service to those who call our beautiful village home.
The position Reporting to the Facilities Manager Property Services, you will be responsible for:Maintaining buildings, plant, equipment, gardens and groundsAttending to all reactive and preventative maintenance across the villagesCoordinating trades and services to ensure repairs occur in a timely mannerMonitoring pest controlFollowing all Workplace, Health and Safety standards and reporting any safety or security concernsWe're on the lookout for someone with: General all-round handyman / maintenance experience (carpentry, small plumbing like tap washing, paint touch ups and roofing)Trade Certificate or equivalent experience (desirable)Experience in working within the retirement industry an advantageFull Open Drivers LicenceNational Police Check (or ability to obtain)First Aid & CPR Certificate (or ability to obtain)Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment including Drug and Alcohol TestingTo take the next step in your career click 'APPLY NOW' to complete our online application.
