About us Scaada is an established environmental consultancy with 45 staff specialising in contaminated land assessment, groundwater remediation, auditing and compliance, environmental assessment and approvals, hygiene and hazardous material assessments, environmental due diligence and liability, emergency management and HSEQ consulting.

About the role Reporting to the Head of Operations, you'll play an important role in preserving the quality and functionality of the landscaping work, ensuring it meets high standards.
The project is based in Launceston, with work also extending to sites within a two-hour radius, offering a dynamic, hands-on opportunity to build new skills in a professional setting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Undertaking field-based activitiesMaintenance for completed commercial landscaping projectsDocumenting field work for monitoring, and OH&S with attention to detail and data quality.Completing fieldwork in a safe and controlled manner in accordance with Scaada field procedures, Health and Safety Plans (HASP) and Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS).Basic data entry of field results after carrying out inspections.Completing field and office-based reporting requirements and sending to clients following approval from senior colleagues.Required knowledge/skills/qualifications The successful candidate has the ability to work effectively in a range of challenging environments, problem-solving skills, and providing a high level of service to all stakeholders is essential to the role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Driving on a daily basis within regional and metropolitan areas of Tasmania.Excellent time management, and an eagerness to acquire new skills and meet new challenges.Self-motivated to complete field programs at different locations.Construction White Card.Driver's license.Why work at Scaada?
