9 day fortnight Work across our stunning Holiday Haven sites
About the role
We currently have two permanent full time positions available working 38 hours per week, 7:00am - 4:00pm across a 9 day fortnight. These positions are based at our Bombaderry & Ulladulla Works Depots; however, you will have the opportunity to work across our stunning Holiday Haven sites within the Shoalhaven area. This position is responsible for performing a wide variety of construction and maintenance activities for Holiday Haven Tourist Parks. Duties Reporting directly to the Works & Projects Officer, the focus of this position is to: Carry out internal and external fit outs and repairs of tourist park buildings Quoting and ordering materials to complete works Coordinating and monitoring other contractors Manual handling tasks such as digging, tree removal, pruning, and concreting Operation and maintenance of plant items, power/hand tools, machines, and vehicles Ensure that works are compliant with relevant legislation and Council policies to minimize risk
Skills & Experience To be successful in the position, you will be/possess: Class C Drivers Licence Demonstrated experience in construction/maintenance
