How You'll Shine The Maintenance Officer is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the maintenance department, including maintaining all resort rooms and amenities, maintaining inventories, caring for equipment, performing the resort preventative maintenance program, and completing all department-related paperwork. This role will also be responsible for maintaining the resort grounds and gardens.

Previous experience in a similar role desirable (carpentry/maintenance/grounds/gardens) Understanding of basic Occupational Health & Safety principles and chemical handling Excellent attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills Interact with owners and guests in a polite and friendly manner Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends, school and public holiday periods Competent in multi-tasking and enjoy working in a dynamic and busy environment Always conduct yourself in a professional manner that reflects the company positively Have a 'can-do' attitude, eye for detail, and display enthusiasm at all times Ability to work unsupervised and an exceptional eye for detail are key requirements of this role You will be required to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays Where Memories Start with You Hospitality is at the heart of all we do at Travel + Leisure Co.
