The Maintenance Officer plays an essential role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and comfort of the physical environment within the Arcare facility.
Your key responsibilities will be: Facility Maintenance: Overseeing and performing regular maintenance tasks throughout the Residence. This includes inspecting and repairing plumbing, electrical systems, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, as well as handling general repairs to keep the building in good working condition.Safety and Compliance: Maintaining compliance with safety regulations and building codes.Equipment Maintenance: Maintaining and repairing equipment used in the facility or outsourcing to external companies.Skills & Experience Adaptable, passionate and willingness to learn.Collaborative and skilled at teamwork.Friendly and effective communication abilities.Ready to Apply Our people and culture set us apart and our ongoing focus of working together as one team.
