Job Title: Maintenance OfficerWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Maintenance Officer to join the Operations team at Mount Annan Christian College.
As a Maintenance Officer, you will be responsible for improving overall campus presentation and carrying out repairs, maintenance, building and furniture alterations as well as assisting with College event setups.
You will be responsible for liaising with other members of the Maintenance team to ensure that all work is carried out in the most efficient, effective and timely manner.
The role will require you to provide these services with the highest level of customer service.
Responsibilities:Professional handyperson with prior experiencePhysically fit with the ability to move furniture and other heavy manual handling tasksKnowledge and understanding of WHS legislation and regulationsPreferred, but not essential, MR HR drivers licenseAbility to adhere to flexible rosteringA current Working With Children CheckAbility to assent to the College Statement of FaithA building trade qualification and/or related experience will be highly regarded.

This is a full time, ongoing position based on 38 hours per week.
The hours of duty will span between 6.30am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
You must be currently living in Australia, be eligible to work in Australia and where required, to maintain any necessary work visas/permits and comply with all conditions to maintain your employment status whilst in Australia.
