The Role Tucked away within lush, landscaped gardens with vistas over the Dandenong Ranges, Peppertree Hill retirement village is in the heart of Rowville. Peppertree Hill offers a warm community atmosphere and friendly colleagues that are the foundation to a rewarding career. Be the go-to person for general maintenance and repairs to our resident's apartment, the building and common areas Oversee contractors that attend to works at the property Conduct preventative maintenance activity within the village Identify, attend to and record any maintenance tasks undertaken Drive village bus to transport residents to and from the local shops
Your Background
Demonstrated competence as a handyperson Great customer service with a genuine interest in assisting and working with the Elderly Organised and able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks Willingness to attend occasional out of hour emergency issues Ability to supervise and liaise with trades Basic computer skills Current Driver's License Medium rigid driver's license (or willingness to obtain) Level 2 First Aid Certificate (or be willing to obtain one)
