They have an exciting new opportunity for a Maintenance Officer at a prestigious all-girls high school in the South East area. Work alongside their dedicated and well-experienced Site Manager! Whether you are a well-seasoned expert or have just finished your qualifications and are looking for your next step, this is a perfect role!
Key Responsibilities
General Building Maintenance. Assist with repair/maintenance work as required for school buildings, e.g., replacing locks, doors, and light bulbs and patching holes. Move equipment/furniture as required. Assist with school improvements, e.g. painting and gardening projects.
About You
Experience and/or qualified in a trade. A sound understanding of General Maintenance. Ability to work unsupervised as well as part of a team. Excellent communication skills Ability to pass a police check and work with children check Tradeswomen are highly encouraged to apply
What Is On Offer
Full-time role: hours 7.30-3.30 pm. An attractive salary – $70,000 + Super The site's buildings are new, beautiful and modern.
