The Role
Full Time, Ongoing

The Maintenance Officer is required to carry out duties related to maintenance and venue setup of College facilities as requested.
MLC is a large, busy school and consequently, this role varies daily and priorities frequently change.
The focus of this role is to enable the College to operate smoothly and calmly, ensuring the environment is conducive to the provision of a quality education for students.

Some of your primary duties and responsibilities will include: Providing general maintenance and handyman services to the College.Assisting with the setup and pack up of various events, movement of furniture, and providing assistance to the MLC gardeners as required.Completing reporting tasks as required by the College.Being alert for safety concerns around the campus and reporting them immediately.Daily monitoring of the swimming pool chemistry and filtration and reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor when issues are detected.Assisting the MLC gardeners as required across the campus.The School
