The Aerie has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Officer/Handyperson to join our friendly close-knit team, on a full-time basis from Monday to Friday. No weekend work!

As a Maintenance Officer at Keyton you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties by undertaking maintenance activities and providing excellent customer service to our residents. We are seeking a proactive individual with strong communication skills, strong computer skills and a knack for problem-solving.

The successful applicant will have demonstrated competence as a maintenance assistant or tradesperson or experience in a similar role, as well as:
Be organised and able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks.Effective communication skills.Understanding of machinery use and tools required for the job.Currently hold an Australian Drivers licence.A current First Aid Certificate (or be willing to obtain one).Computer literate e.g. basic knowledge with using Excel, Word, Outlook, Apps.The ability to take initiative and be pro-active.The ability to work individually and in a team.Relevant internal training and inductions will be provided to the successful candidate on-site.
