The Opportunity
Taringa Parkside Retirement Living is a leisurely retirement living community located in the prestigious inner-city suburb of Taringa and home to 130+ independent living villas & apartments. The village boasts wonderful amenities such as an indoor pool, walking paths & gardens, BBQ area and a gym. As our new Maintenance Officer, you'll work closely with our small team of staff and residents to ensure the overall village is maintained and presentable for all to enjoy. You'll attend to light maintenance tasks around the village and in resident villas, complete groundskeeping tasks and be a friendly face around the village. This role is perfect for someone who considers themselves 'handy' around the house!
