Long term career opportunity in a leading agribusinessBased in the Mid North of South AustraliaAbout the role We are currently seeking a Maintenance Electrician to join our team in a well-established role across our Bowmans and Snowtown groups. In this role, you will balance the operational requirements of the business to ensure that all plant and equipment are maintained to the highest standard of safety, reliability, and efficiency.
This role will provide you with day-to-day variety and problem-solving, while also incorporating long-term planning projects as part of our preventative and predictive maintenance programmes.

Duties Conduct fault finding and implement repairs to mechanical, hydraulic, diesel, electrical, and pneumatic systemsHelp to develop and implement solutions to ensure a timely and effective response to equipment failures or breakdownsPerform electrical (including PLC diagnostic) and mechanical tasksWork with the maintenance manager to identify and implement plant improvements and future capital projectsExecute our preventative maintenance programme in line with terminal operationsAbout you An Electrical workers licence Class A (South Australia)Competent in interpreting pneumatic diagramsExperience with hydraulic control systems, mechanical and pneumatic systemsExperience maintaining fixed and mobile plant and equipment is desirableThe ability to work at heights and within confined spacesCurrent drivers licence is essentialA forklift and/or medium rigid licence is highly desirableAs well as a supportive culture which prioritises respect and teamwork, Viterra offers a range of employee benefits including:
