Yorke and Northern Local Health Network Various Locations across Yorke and Northern Region Salary $29.57 - $31.81 per hour + 25% casual loading - Casual up to 1 January 2025 - OPS2 Overview We are now accepting applications for Maintenance Officers to join our Facilities Services Casual Pool across Port Pirie, Crystal Brook, Laura, Booleroo, Orroroo, Peterborough and Jamestown.
In this role you will perform a wide range of new, minor and preventative maintenance work and facilities service.
You will be required to assist in providing the ongoing maintenance programme for all plant and equipment, according to the Health Services Maintenance, Security, Electrical and fire policy requirements and ensure installation and maintenance of equipment complies with appropriate standards, legislation and regulations.
Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check and appropriate immunisation requirements.
Check(s) DHS National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Check National Police Certificate (NPC) for employment involving unsupervised contact with vulnerable groups required for this position (E.g.
aged care employment or work involving vulnerable clients) Immunisation Risk for this position is - Category B (indirect contact with blood or body substances) SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
