About BaptistCare Maranoa Aged Care Facility BaptistCare Maranoa Centre is an aged care home in Alstonville NSW and located a short distance from Ballina and Lismore. Our lush rainforest patch has over 30 species of established rainforest trees, including a Moreton Bay Fig tree where many people love to rest and read. Maranoa Centre aged care home provides 90 beds for residents across all levels of care, including dementia care and respite care services. All rooms include either a private courtyard, balcony, en-suite bathroom and other added extras to ensure you live in premium comfort. About the role At BaptistCare, we're about our residents. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a powerful role in helping in the labouring duties associated with grounds & lawns maintenance and general maintenance activities, including but not limited to sweeping, hosing, garbage collection and disposal as well as painting and maintenance & repairing equipment as required. You will also be keeping the outside of buildings clean and tidy, other gardening duties. Pay: $27.07/hr + super + salary packaging 4 Days per week from 8.00-4.00 Mon-Tue-Thu-Fri About you Experience in aged care and residential facilities is desirable but not essential. General computer skills are essential and you must hold a current NSW driver's license.
