Casual Position with the potential to go Perm Part-time

You will be responsible for providing quality customer focused maintenance, grounds and garden services to the residents of our beautiful Brigidine House, Randwick.

To be successful:

Trade experience appropriate to the position

Experience working with maintenance requirements in aged care - ideally

Ability to provide technical advice and produce technical reports

Ability to provide works costs estimates and understanding of financial budgets

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work independently and be flexible

Knowledge and understanding of WH&S requirements

Ability to prioritise and be organised

Current unrestricted Class C NSW Drivers Licence

NDIS check or willing to obtain
