This is an exciting time to join the Maintenance Leadership Team at Macmahon with significant, sustainable growth planned for the underground division.
As Maintenance Manager - Underground, Western Australia, you will provide maintenance governance and oversight, operational technical expertise and support to projects with an aim to assist in the delivery of the best in industry maintenance availability at sustainable budgeted costs. This role will be instrumental in advising, collaborating and executing the capital plant strategy of the Underground mobile plant fleet to successfully deliver contractual obligations to Macmahon clients.
Reporting to the Executive General Manager - Underground, you must also assist the division in a team-based leadership approach that supports the Underground division's overall success against contractual and regulatory obligations by providing safe equipment, processes and working conditions for our valued employees.
