As the Maintenance Manager – Moulding, you will lead a talented team providing technical support to Production and Engineering teams in moulding, tooling, and equipment. Your responsibilities include ensuring seamless operation, supporting day-to-day production, and supporting the engineering team to introduce new technologies and processes. Collaboration with global counterparts is essential for alignment and consistency.
Lets Talk About the Role Lead a diverse technical team to support 24/7 production operations.
Develop and mentor the team to deliver quality support and solutions.
Develop, implement and drive effective maintenance strategies to ensure efficient operation of the factory.
Cultivate a positive workplace culture and ensure effective performance management.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including managing safety training and protocols.
Drive effective communication and collaboration within the team and with suppliers.
Implement data-driven approaches to improve operational efficiency.
Align team capabilities to support current and future moulding technologies.
Incorporate best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Promote a culture of business excellence and quality within the team.
Lets Talk About You Degree in engineering or relevant trade qualification.
Minimum 5 years' experience, with leadership and team development background.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to mentor a high-performing team.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in data analytics and structured root cause analysis.
Understanding of LEAN initiatives, WHS, and GMP processes.
Experience in injection moulding, tooling, and automation is advantageous.
