As our Maintenance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our hotel's efficient and effective maintenance operations.

Job DescriptionDevelop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies to ensure the hotel's facilities, equipment, and infrastructure are well-maintained and operating at peak performance.Manage a team of maintenance technicians and tradespeople, ensuring they are properly trained, equipped, and motivated to deliver exceptional service.Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of preventive and reactive maintenance activities to minimise disruptions and maximise asset uptime.Monitor and report on maintenance performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.QualificationsExtensive experience (2+ years) in a maintenance management or supervisory role, preferably in the hotel, hospitality, or facilities management industry.Strong technical knowledge and understanding of building systems, equipment, and maintenance best practices.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Familiarity with maintenance management software and data analytics tools like Gaia 2.2.Additional InformationWhat we offerOpportunities for professional development and career advancement.Collaborative and supportive team environment.Discounts on accommodation and dining at Ibis hotels across the world.About us Trilogy Hotels - Accor Franchise - Ibis Sydney World Square is a leading hotel operator in the heart of Sydney, NSW.
