The Role:
Responsible for effectively supervising and leading a team of supervisors, tradespeople, trades assistants and apprentices to deliver positive maintenance outcomes for the site.
This role will support with driving and delivering the maintenance department's Key Performance Indicator results.
The purpose is to ultimately have a leadership stance and be at the forefront driving maintenance functionality.
More specifically, this position will therefore be responsible for supporting sites maintenance supervisors in the realm of improving asset reliability and plant performance.
