The Role
As the Maintenance Manager, you will lead the proactive and safe maintenance of the facility, including its advanced conveyor and AMR automation systems.
Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will promote a safety-first culture while ensuring the facility operates at peak efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee all site maintenance activities with a strong emphasis on safety and compliance.Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for the Distribution Centre (DC) and office environments to minimise downtime.Lead sustainability initiatives to reduce waste and emissions within the facility.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan annual budgets and expenditures.Drive continuous improvement in maintenance processes, identifying cost-saving and efficiency opportunities.Manage vendor and contractor performance, ensuring compliance with standards and quality expectations.Develop and submit CAPEX proposals aligned with strategic site goals.Maintain up-to-date maintenance records, including MHE and racking inspections, ensuring minimal operational impact.Support WHS compliance and site safety initiatives in partnership with the HSE Manager.Your Background
We are looking for a results-driven professional with:
Demonstrated experience creating and managing preventative maintenance programs.Expertise in maintaining conveyor systems and managing complex vendor contracts.Strong understanding of engineering plans, scope development, and cost control.A track record of success in warehouse facilities management or similar environments.Knowledge of WHS regulations, with the ability to review safety documentation and address gaps.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise in a high-pressure environment.The Offer
