BGIS is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee Planned and Reactive Maintenance services across Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, Building, and Fire Systems at a healthcare provider site in Garran, Canberra.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage maintenance operations across essential building systems, ensuring reliable performance in a healthcare setting. Lead subcontractors and vendors to meet service delivery standards and contractual obligations. Deliver maintenance services within budget, attending to priority tasks promptly. Ensure effective operation of the Building Management System (BMS), conducting regular inspections and tests. Provide cost estimates and quotes for maintenance works and asset verification. What We're Looking For: Trade Qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Fire, or Hydraulics. Proficiency with online Work Order Management Systems. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to engage confidently with clients and stakeholders.
