Job Description We are currently seeking an experienced, self-motivated and reliable Maintenance Manager to join our team at Oaks Boome Hotel.
This position will be responsible for overseeing all Maintenance & Facilities requirements for both properties. Key Responsibilities Include: Implement and drive the preventative maintenance program.
Perform the role in a hands-on manner by undertaking any repairs and maintenance as required.
Supervision of (but not limited to) electrical, mechanical, pest control, cleaning, fire protection, security control systems, hydraulic services and approved contractor works.
Ensure WHS best practice at all times.
Stock control, supplier management.
