Qualifications & experience Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industryPrevious managerial experience with strong leadership skillsAny relevant trade certification that may assist with fulfilling the roleA great attitude and the ability to work well as part of a teamAble to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectivelyStrong organisational and prioritisation skillsTasks &responsibilities Working knowledge of building maintenance across a broad range of skill setsAbility to independently manage a small team to keep the property in pristine condition for our guestsAbility to think outside of the square to be creative in finding solutions to all issuesAbility to be hands onCoordinate work performed by external contractorsComputer proficient with the ability to operate building management systems and rostering systems.Able to communicate both verbally and written with other members of the senior management teamBe proficient in reporting and communicating goals and strategiesAvailability to work on weekends or be on call when requiredBenefits We offer a competitive salary to the right individualCompany benefits through the Prendiville group Master Key schemeAccommodation is available in Staff accommodationClick on 'Apply for this job' and send your CV and cover letter.
