Maintenance Manager

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our well established maintenance team based in the Surat Basin, located near Miles, Queensland.
You will be the back-to-back for our Maintenance Manager and will be responsible for supervising a team of up to 12 trades personnel.
15/13 roster – 12 hour days. DIDO for locals or FIFO ex Brisbane to Miles Airport.

The Position Manage the day to day operations of the facility maintenance services including supervising tradespersonsMaintaining exceptional relationships with our client and local communityEnsure site compliance with HSEQ policies and procedures to ensure a sustainable safety cultureThe Person Remote management experience in the resources sectorMinimum Trade qualification in electrical, plumbing, HVAC (desirable) or building/construction industry supervision backgroundAbility to identify and implement new innovations within the facilities management industryExperience in Staff recruitment, retention, rostering, and subsequent management of both permanent and casual workforces.The Benefits You will have the support, infrastructure, systems and processes you would expect from a global organisation.
