You'll play a crucial role in optimising equipment performance, minimizing downtime, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.What You'll Do:Lead and Mentor: Guide a skilled team of electricians, mechanics, and other trades professionals, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and growth.Maximize Uptime: Develop and implement cutting-edge preventative and predictive maintenance programs to keep our plant running at peak performance.Drive Efficiency: Utilize SAP and Power BI to analyze equipment data, identify trends, predict potential failures, and optimize maintenance strategies.
