If so, we need your expertise at Freighter Group!We seek a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You'll play a crucial role in optimising equipment performance, minimizing downtime, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.What You'll Do:Lead and Mentor: Guide a skilled team of electricians, mechanics, and other trades professionals, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and growth.Maximize Uptime: Develop and implement cutting-edge preventative and predictive maintenance programs to keep our plant running at peak performance.Drive Efficiency: Utilize SAP and Power BI to analyze equipment data, identify trends, predict potential failures, and optimize maintenance strategies. You'll even build a live Power BI dashboard to track key performance indicators!Project Management: Oversee plant engineering projects, from upgrades and modifications to new installations, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and industry best practices.Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of innovation by identifying and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).What You'll Need:Engineering Expertise: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial preferred) or equivalent qualifications.Proven Leadership: 5+ years of experience managing and motivating a team of skilled tradespeople in a manufacturing setting.Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of preventative/predictive maintenance, CMMS (SAP experience is a plus!), and project management methodologies.Data-Driven Mindset: Demonstrated experience managing KPIs (OEE, MTTR, MTBF) and using data analysis to drive decision-making.Excellent Communication: Clearly and concisely communicate with technicians, engineers, management, and other stakeholders.Why Join Us?Make a Real Impact: Play a vital role in the success of our manufacturing operations.Competitive Compensation: We offer a competitive salary.Growth Opportunities: Develop your skills and advance your career in a supportive environment that values continuous learning.Collaborative Culture: Be part of a dynamic team that thrives on innovation and shared success.#J-18808-Ljbffr
