At UGL, the Fuels & Energy East business is seeking interest for a newly created position, Maintenance Lead West.
This role is responsible for leading the maintenance program for the ATOM Fuel Terminals on the West coast, based out of our Kewdale branch.
About the role Being a key contact within the portfolio, the role will be responsible for the budgeting, delivery and reporting of the overall program of work along with seeking opportunities for optimization and improvement.
You will also play a key part in client interface management, ensuring open & transparent communication with the terminal managers.
About you To be considered for the role the following qualifications will be highly regarded: 8+ years' industry experience in maintenance and/or project implementation and commissioning for major resources sites within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or Chemical industries.
Knowledge and exposure to mechanical equipment including pumps, piping, valves and hydrocarbon storage tanks.
Safety focused respecting UGL values and Client's goal & expectations.
Experienced in implementing maintenance and inspection programs across multiple sites.
Proven experience in leading a team across multiple sites and in managing Subcontractors.
Operating site experience desirable, with strong process safety focus a must.
Strong team leader working in diverse settings.
Sound knowledge of Australian & International codes and standards.
