Maintenance NOAH'S on the Beach is an iconic family-owned hotel situated opposite spectacular Newcastle Beach and minutes from the CBD and harbour. With breathtaking ocean views and a reputation for exceptional hospitality, we pride ourselves on delivering unforgettable experiences to our guests. As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a skilled Handyman to maintain our hotel to the highest standards. Responsibilities: * Perform routine maintenance tasks throughout the hotel premises. Conduct repairs and minor renovations, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting. Respond promptly to guest requests for maintenance assistance, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to identify maintenance issues and address them promptly. Assist in maintaining inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction. Uphold safety standards and regulations in all maintenance activities. Execute ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the management team. Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting. Proficiency in various maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. Valid driver's license.
