About the Role The Maintenance Handyperson will be the lead support for the Maintenance Manager and the hotel.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager and General Manager, the Maintenance Handyperson must have a great eye for detail and know how to troubleshoot.
Previous experience in a similar role is a must.
We are looking for a trustworthy, energetic individual who can work unsupervised and in wider team environments.
Maintenance of guest rooms and public areas, furnishings, fixtures, equipment and air conditioning.Provide a fast and efficient service for departmental maintenance requests.Assist in the coordination of special projects with a view to minimizing customer inconvenience.Attend meetings relative to service issues and address issues with a view to service improvement and long term resolution.Assist with regulatory compliance and reporting eg.
