Maintenance Fitters (Traralgon)

Our client is a professionally managed and family-owned company that has been in operation for over 70 years as a global leader in lime and limestone solutions.

About the Role

We are looking for experienced Maintenance Fitters to assist on a casual basis when needed, completing both scheduled and unscheduled routine maintenance and breakdown repairs of plant, equipment, and machinery and to assist during staff leave periods.

Responsibilities:

Assess maintenance problems/process issues, recommend practical solutions, and take initiative to resolve them.

Quickly escalate production impacting maintenance problems to supervisor.Provide guidance to others with maintenance tasks including troubleshooting.Complete more advanced or specialised maintenance and troubleshooting when needed.Suitable applicants will have: Prior relevant experience in an Industrial environmentFitter by Trade with strong recent fitting skills and experienceThe ability to work self-sufficiently or as a member of a team whilst maintaining safe work practicesAdditional informationBased in TraralgonPositive team cultureGreat hourly rateHow to Apply:
