Maintenance Fitter

Pace Appointments is currently partnering with this family owned Australian Company based in Warwick to assist in recruitment of a maintenance fitter within their organisation.
Located just one hour from Toowoomba this facility is ideally seeking candidates to work on an day shift: 4.30am - 12.30pm and overtime on offer.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in minimising down time and optimising productivity, ensuring a high standard of industrial maintenance services.
You will be responsible for: Perform preventative maintenance work as scheduled Respond to calls to fault finding, root cause analysis of equipment malfunctions, rectify equipment and machinery fault Fault finding, determine root cause of equipment malfunction Create and manage reports pertaining to the repair and maintenance of equipment You must: Relevant Trade Certificate from a recognised Tertiary Institution.
Previous experience in manufacturing, heavy industry and or an industrial setting Strong problem solving aptitude You enjoy working as part of a team, are collaborative and share ideas Staff training is a top priority, ensuring skills are passed on to new generations.
