Role Overview: They are seeking a skilled Maintenance Fitter to join their supportive team in Revesby. As a crucial member of the organisation, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal performance of their site on a daily basis. You'll receive the necessary support and autonomy to excel, fostering a collaborative environment where your contributions are valued and recognised.Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on machinery and equipment to uphold optimal performance standards.Utilise problem-solving techniques to troubleshoot production line faults, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.Rebuild and maintain repairable components, enhancing equipment lifespan and efficiency.Respond promptly to breakdown situations, ensuring timely repairs to all plant equipment to minimise downtime.Maintain meticulous shift reporting and update Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) accurately.Skills & Experience:Possess a recognised Mechanical Trade Qualification.Demonstrated proficiency working with pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.Proven ability to identify operational and equipment improvement opportunities.Strong understanding of safety and environmental practices, committed to adhering to best practices.Experience with Work Management Standards and CMMS highly desirable.If you are a dedicated Maintenance Fitter with a passion for excellence, we invite you to join a dynamic team in Revesby and contribute to our clients continued success.
