Maintenance Fitter

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in basic fixed plant work, breakdowns, plant maintenance, and project work. experience with commissioning, shutdown work, and hydraulic systems is also highly desirable. Responsibilities: Perform maintenance and repair tasks on fixed plant equipment. Respond to breakdowns and perform troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues. Carry out routine plant maintenance to ensure equipment is operating efficiently. Assist with project work, including installation and modification of equipment. Participate in commissioning activities for new equipment or upgrades. Contribute to shutdown planning and execution. Work with hydraulic systems, including repairs and maintenance. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance fitting. Experience with basic fixed plant work and breakdowns. Strong knowledge of plant maintenance practices. Experience with project work and commissioning is highly desirable. Familiarity with shutdown work and hydraulic systems. Preferred Tickets: Valid WHS (Work Health and Safety) certification. Confined space entry certification. EWP (Elevating Work Platform) license. Forklift license. Dogging and rigging certifications.
