About the RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our Buronga based maintenance team.
Reporting to the Winery Operations Engineer, this position plays a key role in ensuring AVL products are packaged to the highest possible standard.
Conduct timely repairs and maintenance of all winery equipment as directed, ensuring minimal disruption to production.Assist in the installation and commissioning of capital works, following safety and operational guidelines.Apply advanced diagnostic skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions.Identify and propose opportunities for equipment performance and efficiency improvements.Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks on all winery equipment efficiently and within reasonable timeframes.We are looking for:A suitably qualified Maintenance Fitter, with a minimum of 3-years industry experience.
You will be a team player with a positive, self-motivated, and proactive attitude and embodies our organisational values of working collaboratively, innovation, nimble and responsive, and empowered.
You will possess strong communication skills - both written and verbal, have a high attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the flexibility to work extra hours and perform ad hoc duties as and when required.
A forklift licence is highly desirable.
