Maintenance Fitter

The Company Our client is a renowned machinery supplier to the plastics and food industries, supplying injection moulding machinery.

Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues to minimise downtime and production interruptions.
Develop and execute a preventive maintenance schedule to reduce equipment failures and extend their lifespan.
Assist in the installation of new machinery and equipment, ensuring they are properly integrated into existing systems.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and parts inventory.
Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Maintenance/Mechanical Fitter in a manufacturing setting.
Trade qualification in Mechanical Fitting or a related field.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques for injection moulding machinery.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication.
