About our Opportunity The maintenance fitter role will support operations.
Primarily the role will be responsible for ensuring that production runs without interruptions.
This will include but is not limited to preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs of machinery and tools.
Responsibilities include: Carry out preventative maintenance to plant and equipment within the facility Carry out service and repair of Mechanical plant and equipment within the facility, prioritise all types of given work Diagnose faults and carry out modifications to equipment when required Participate in all training as required by the company Effective reporting of any issues relating to company OH&S Point of contact when attending a breakdown About You Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade Restricted electrical worker's license (Desirable) Welding & fabrication experience - (Desirable) Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics Dedicated to safety and maintaining high-quality Proficient in reading technical drawings and specifications Sound knowledge of engineering and production processes The ability to work as part of a small team to meet objectives About the Benefits: Competitive annual salary A clean and tidy work environment A safe work environment with a strong focus on safety Permanent, full-time role in an established organisation Genuine scope for development and career progression Ability to schedule leave every Christmas Additional day's paid leave on your birthday Employee Assistance Program Generous staff discount on our extensive range of products Onsite parking and kitchen facilities.
