To learn more about our business, please visit mauri.com.au and gwf.com.au.About the RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Maintenance Fitter to join our team based at our Hope Valley site.Main responsibilities of this role include:Undertake maintenance activities including scheduled/preventative maintenance and breakdown responses, to optimise operational outcomes and mitigate risks in accordance with company policy.Collaborate with Production functions to schedule maintenance work for optimal customer outcomes.Conduct plant and workshop inspections in line with approved safety, hazard, and hygiene practices.Complete maintenance records and documentation promptly and accurately.Identify and escalate issues promptly to the manager for effective solutions.Optimise interfaces between different work areas.Continually seek improvements across maintenance activities.About youAs an experienced and professional Maintenance Fitter, we are looking for the following qualities:Prior maintenance experience in the Feed or Food manufacturing sector (FMCG) with feed milling equipment.Extensive fault-finding and problem-solving expertise.Ability to handle difficult problems with a logical and systematic approach.Good understanding of and commitment to health and safety work practices.Valid WA driver's licence.Restricted Electrical Licence is desirable (manufacturing equipment).What's on offer at Mauri?We are a business that promotes diversity, has a flexible working environment and a genuine focus on personal development to support your career.GWF is an equal-opportunity employer and invites applications from diverse backgrounds.
