About the Role: As the Maintenance Technician, you will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and work alongside the afternoon Operations Supervisor and team. Your responsibilities will include mechanical and electrical repairs/upgrades to production equipment, actioning preventative maintenance, rectifying breakdowns, and working on continuous improvement projects. Responsibilities: Action scheduled preventative maintenance. Rectify breakdowns. Mechanical and Electrical repairs and upgrades. Report any safety or quality issues. Attend daily Operations and Production meetings. Take ownership of dedicated projects. Skills and Experience: Experience in a maintenance position within a manufacturing facility. Have an understanding of electronics, hydraulics and pneumatics. Experience using SAP, Excel and Gantt charts. Ability to own, lead and drive projects from start to completion. Be analytically minded and have strong problem-solving abilities. Dual trade qualification is highly beneficial.
