Ridley is an Equal Opportunity Employer and offers a competitive package with a range of employee benefits.The RoleWorking closely with the Regional Maintenance Manager and production team, you will:Work on various manufacturing equipmentImplement safety management practicesManage a maintenance budgetPerform both time-critical breakdown repairs and scheduled maintenance tasksSchedule maintenance activities to meet production targets and minimize downtimeExperience with computer-based maintenance programs is highly regarded.You will haveA mechanical trade qualification (essential) and relevant ticketsDemonstrated knowledge of OH&S and Environmental Policies and LegislationExperience with production and maintenance KPIs, including planned preventative maintenance programsProficient computing skills; experience with Microsoft Office, Guardian, and D365 programs preferredAbility to work under pressure and effectively communicateOver 2 years of industry experience, including working with manufacturing and maintenance teamsCurrent valid drivers licence and forklift license (HRW)BI boiler license preferred but not essentialHow to applyIf you meet these qualifications, please click 'apply for this job' and submit your resume and cover letter.
