Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for repair, testing and preventive maintenance of machines with a strong emphasis on all safety and quality standards of Ausreo within a manufacturing environment. The role will include the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities: Maintain site machinery to ensure safety of personnel, site and equipmentCarry out repair, testing & preventive maintenance of machines and equipment including:Hydraulics, pneumatics, valvesGearboxes and bearingsRollers, conveyors, pulleys etc.Fault-finding and repairing malfunctions of mechanical equipment and plantTo Be Successful Trade Qualifications in Mechanical FittingExperience preferred in Reinforcing Steel or similar industry such as manufacturing (training provided)Strong Work Ethic and ReliabilitySafety consciousAvailable to work 6am-2:30pmGood communication skills and the ability to work successfully individually and as part of a teamWe are seeking a team player who can handle pressure and maintain quality and productivity. You will also be conscientious, fastidious and self-motivated.
