Maintenance Fitter - 4 days on 4 days off Rotating Roster Location: Maryborough, Bendigo, Goldfields & Macedon Ranges VIC Department: Maintenance (Engineering) Employment Type: Full time Salary: AUD 100,000 - 130,000 per annum The Company We are a leading provider of high quality food products who prides itself on a fantastic company culture and high quality food production.
The Role Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor and sitting in the highly dynamic Maintenance department, your responsibilities will include: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and maintain safety standards.
Collaborate with production staff to understand equipment needs and performance.

Your Background

Experience in FMCG is not mandatory but highly beneficial.
Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade or equivalent experience.
Strong proven experience as a maintenance fitter, preferably in a food production environment.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
