Location Profile Elevation Secondary College is a new 7 -12 Secondary College in Melbourne's north.

Attendance requirement for this position - This is a full time role consisting of 38 hours per week, including 30 minutes unpaid lunch break.
Hours are from 7.30am - 3.36pm with additional hours as directed by the Principal.
PART-TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED. Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities
- Undertaking general maintenance and minor building works
- Working through a schedule of regular tasks and maintenance audits
- Access the roof when needed using Safe Work Procedures
- Removal and relocation of furniture from room to room as required
- Assist with manual tasks such as lifting and moving furniture and equipment and assist with setting up for school events.
This may involve heavy lifting in accordance with the OH&S guidelines
- General Support to the Administration Staff when required
- Regular collection of supplies from authorised suppliers
- Setup for major school events such as Open Night and Performances
- Contributing to the School Maintenance Plan and Essential Annual Safety Measures
- Organising and supervising the work of contractors
- Comply with DET/OHS Contractor management processes
