Maintenance Fitter - FMCG Experience (Day and Night Shift)Join one of the most reputable global companies, known for its innovation, commitment to excellence, sustainability and a strong track record in delivering high-quality products used by over 2.5 billion consumers globally a day! Our client is looking for dedicated Maintenance Fitters to join their dynamic team and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities:Perform regular maintenance on machinery, ensuring optimal performance and minimising downtime.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical faults and breakdowns.Conduct inspections and adjustments of machines and equipment to maintain functionality.Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.Maintain records of all maintenance activities and repairs.Work collaboratively with the team to improve processes and reduce production stoppages.What We're Looking For:Proven experience as a Maintenance Fitter in a manufacturing FMCG environment.Australian Trade Qualification.Solid knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and equipment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication skills and can-do attitude.Availability to work 12-hour shifts (both day and night shift options available).Flexibility to work across rotating shifts, including weekends and overtime if required.What We Offer:12-Hour Shifts: Choose from day or night shifts to suit your lifestyle.Attractive Overtime Penalties: Generous overtime rates.Competitive Salary: A highly competitive hourly rate, with potential for temp to perm opportunities.Work-Life Balance: Flexibility in shift scheduling for a better work-life balance.State-of-the-Art Facilities: Be part of a highly regarded company with cutting-edge equipment and technology.Professional Development: Opportunities for skill development and career progression within a leading company.How to Apply:Ready to take the next step?
