Job DescriptionAbout the roleBased in Kawana, QLD, and reporting to the Branch Manager, you will lead the service team to ensure equipment inspections, servicing and repairs are completed to a high standard to support service demand. This challenging and diverse role offers a variety of work, both on and off the tools. As a Team Leader, you will:
Coordinate equipment servicing & repairs in line with budget to maximise equipment availability & reliabilityLead and mentor your team in their day-to-day activitiesProvide expert advice with diagnostics and customer requirementsTrain and guide technicians on service requirements and procedures, including BaseplanEnsure all necessary parts, consumables, tools, and equipment are availableLead safety culture & compliance for team / branchConduct equipment servicing and repairsDesired Skills and ExperienceAlong with sound mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills, our ideal candidate will have:
