Maintenance Engineering Fitter Full-Time

Job DescriptionAbout this opportunity: We're looking for a mechanically minded and safety-focused individual to work as part of our manufacturing team to ensure the efficient and safe running of the manufacturing process, assist the Operations team so that products are delivered in full, to the correct quality specification, and on time in line with the requirements of the manufacturing plan and to work as part of the operational team providing technical services and expertise and undertake process optimization.Qualifications and Attributes Required:Relevant Trade Qualification as a Fitter and Turner or similarDemonstrated Maintenance Fitter experience ideally from an FMCG Manufacturing / Production or similar environmentExperience in a plastic manufacturing environment would be beneficial but not essentialExperience with Hydraulics and PneumaticsHigh level of demonstrated mechanical experienceA strong commitment to Workplace Health, Safety & EnvironmentExperience in predictive maintenance solutions and continuous improvementGood planning and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasksA positive, flexible and constructive approach to dealing with operational issues in a high-pressure environmentForklift Licence, EWP, and Fabrication experience would be highly regardedIn Return We Offer:Excellent Team EnvironmentSupportive LeadershipCareer development and advancement opportunities within wider Pact Group#J-18808-Ljbffr
