One of the areas well-known manufacturers is looking to recruit a maintenance engineer and is ready to hire immediately. As a maintenance engineer, you will be joining an experienced and stable team in a challenging, yet supportive environment. The team is ideally looking for electrically biased engineers but is also open to speaking to very multi-skilled engineers.Responsibilities for the Maintenance Engineer:Proactive maintenance and site PMsReactive maintenance and responding to breakdowns quicklyWorking across mechanical faults and maintenanceWorking on Engineering projects (e.g., commissioning, installations, relocations)Identifying and implementing improvements covering both processes and machine outputAdhering to site Health & Safety rules and legislationRequirements for the Maintenance Engineer:Time-served / recognised apprenticeship (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering subjectExperience working in a maintenance engineer role previously, ideally in a similar industryAbility to work at a fast pace, ideally confident in a manufacturing environmentIf you are interested in this opportunity and your CV is ready, then hit the apply button and expect to hear from me soon.
