What You Will DoPerform maintenance, preventative and breakdown electrical tasks throughout our production, engineering and office areas of our Devonport facilityEnsure site plant and equipment is maintained per the maintenance schedule whilst maintaining safety and maximising production requirementsPLC, automation and electrically controlled systems fault finding, programming and connectionsWork with roboticsWork in conjunction with other on-site trades (mechanical fitters + contractors) to ensure work orders are completed to a high standardParticipating in continual improvement processesApply operational standards and proceduresAbout YouPossess a 100% commitment to safety in the workplaceHold a current Tasmanian Electrical licence (mandatory)Demonstrated diagnostic, fault finding and trouble shooting skillsExperience with fixed plant electrical worksExperience in safety & quality systems and proceduresAbility to read and interpret schematics (advantageous)Demonstrated maintenance experience within an FMCG industry plant (highly desirable but not essential)Sound judgment and decision making abilityPossess a high level of both written and verbal communication skills in addition to time management skillsIntermediate user of Windows-based systems and softwareAbility to work proactively whilst unsupervised whilst also being able to work within a team environmentThe PerksFully supplied and laundered uniform + boot + PPESupportive team environmentOn-site canteenOn-site parkingIf you are looking for the next step in your industrial electrical career, and the opportunity to work with a truly global leader in food processing - now is the time to submit your application.
