Maintenance Electrician

Fitters, Turners & Machinists (Trades & Services) The Company:
Our client is a leading food manufacturer of sweet and baked goods across Australia and New Zealand. This role is based at their site in the Central Coast.
The Role:
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be required to oversee the maintenance across the site. This role will manage two fitters and have the ability to lead from the front.
Maintain and repair plant electrical machinery, ensuring compliance with Australian Standards.Diagnose and fix equipment faults, managing spare parts inventory.Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on all equipment.Liaise with stakeholders and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.Ensure adherence to food safety, GMP, and environmental standards.Promote and comply with occupational health and safety requirements.Skills & Experience: Electrical trade qualification and relevant experience required.Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.Experience within manufacturing would be highly desirable.Ability to drive positive change and influence stakeholders.Benefits: Attractive Salary Package + Bonus + Super + Overtime.Monday - Friday day shift.Excellent location.Here at Miller Leith, we are open to discussing your next career move.
