Maintenance Electrical Technician

Katanning, WA Our client, a major meat processor, is seeking a qualified Maintenance Electrical technician  to join their maintenance team in a full time capacity.  The successful applicant will be a skilled problem solver / trouble shooter and will be responsible for providing; production line support, planned repairs, maintenance of facilities, servicing equipment and production systems.  As a valued member of our team you will hold a Current 'A' Class Electrical Licence and have knowledge and experience in some or all of the following areas: General electrical (Including industrial and commercial) Process control & industrial automation, including conveyors Preventative Maintenance (including statutory safety testing) Industrial & Commercial Breakdowns Trouble shooting whilst under pressure You will hold relevant licences, certifications and endorsements as required to perform these tasks, have excellent attention to detail and have a "no compromises" attitude to safety and quality.  A background within the food industry or industrial environment will be highly regarded Your personal attributes we will be looking for are as follows: Must be a team player Be highly motivated with good communication skills Be reliable, punctual and responsible Must be able to show initiative and have a strong focus on safety Be able to work as a team and individually In return you will be offered an attractive salary of $70,000- $80,000 per annum plus superannuation.
