About the Role:The KSF Maintenance Coordinator is an integral member within the Karratha Supply Facilities Maintenance Team. The KSF Maintenance Team supports King Bay Supply Base, Burrup Materials Facility, and Woodside Heliport.
The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for the preparation, coordination, and delivery of planned maintenance activities and breakdowns. The role provides leadership and support to the Maintenance execution teams to ensure safe and efficient delivery of maintenance activity.
This roster is a 9-day fortnight and is a residential role based in Karratha. Domestic relocation and Woodside housing are available for the successful candidate.
Duties & Responsibilities:Development of maintenance execution activity through collaboration with stakeholders internal and external to Maintenance.Responsible for leading your team to own, apply and contribute to the safe operation of the facility using corporate and asset-based systems and processes.Skilled level of knowledge in maintenance/project management processes (HSEQ, planning, costing, materials, risk, contracting & resourcing).Provide appropriate support for the preparation, readiness, and execution of activities within your team as well as support for other teams onsite.Utilise the systems and processes that deliver efficient and cost-effective business outcomes.Planning and reporting as required.Allocating resources to execute work.Accountable for support of process notifications.Ensuring materials are ready for execution.Responsible for gathering lessons learnt data to be reviewed in project close out reports.Contribution of continuous improvement ideas including using technology to achieve better outcomes.Skills & Experience:Electrical Trade Certification and/or Higher Education/Professional Qualification.ISSOW.Computer skills and experience with SAP CMMS.Ability to work effectively and unsupervised in a small team environment.Strong leadership skills.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Strong business acumen.Project Management experience preferred but not essential.Recognition & Reward:What you can expect from us:
