Job DescriptionABOUT THE ROLE: As the Maintenance Coordinator, you will lead our group of Maintenance Officers to provide quality services to our valued residents living independently in our Bentley Village and to staff in our Residential Facilities.
A key part of this role is to champion continuous improvement, ensure compliance with relevant legislation, and support the ongoing development of the Maintenance team.
Responsibilities include: Lead and manage the Maintenance team including their performance and development.Look for efficiencies and ways to improve maintenance services.Oversee and triage work requests.Conduct regular audits and reporting on routine maintenance and servicing required under legislation.Coordinate emergency / after-hours maintenance requirements.As the largest single-site retirement and aged care community in WA, we are proud of our excellent reputation among our residents, their families, and our staff.
